Sunday 6th July 2008 we held a fundraising concert at St.Vincent’s church hall.
Over 100 guests were entertained by Rochdale’s own Mr Elvis Presley.
During his two sets, Steve Storm gave truly magical performances from the King of Rock-n-Roll.
   

 

Steve Storm along with Ricky Hall and Paul Molloy will be in concert on Friday 24th July at "The Riverside" Whitworth to perform Elvis "How It Was"

During the interval "Rod Kay" from Roch Valley Radio came along and sang us a few songs to keep us in the mood.
We very much appreciate all these artists that gave their time up freely to help our cause.




The afternoon was a great success with the raffle and auctions raising much needed funds. 'Jimmy Cricket' came to help us draw the raffle and entertain the children.
  

JR Pizza Bar Spotland Road Rochdale kindly donated 50 pizza's for us to sell at the event.

None were of course eaten by Dave who was on a strict diet. !!




The event was a huge success and we raised over £1,000 on the day.
